PRESIDENT
JOEL FISCHER
As founder of Fischer Construction, Inc., Joel has over 34 years of experience building custom homes and has performed most trades himself. Upon obtaining a degree in Business Management, he joined a residential construction firm and quickly became their senior project manager. Four years later, he started Fischer Construction, Inc. and established a niche in the industry of building the highest quality homes while delivering personal service and exceptional prices. Mr. Fischer's craft, attention to detail and personal ethic has earned the trust and loyalty of our clients.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
SERGIO GARCIA
Sergio has been with Fischer Construction, Inc. for nearly 19 years. His responsibilities include complete supervision of his construction projects from start to completion, overseeing the subcontractors, crews, managing the flow of materials and daily interface with our clients. He is also a master finish carpenter and furniture maker and trains our crews in the art of their craft. Sergio's engaging personality and willingness to do what it takes genuinely wins accolades from our clients.

SUPERVISOR & LEAD CARPENTER
JOSE GONZALEZ
Jose has been with Fischer Construction, Inc. for nearly 29 years and has been promoted to Master Carpenter for his outstanding performance and quality of work. Jose now runs our finish crews and supervises medium sized remodeling projects. His skills include: framing, installing doors, base, case and crown moldings, cabinetry, stair railings, panel moldings, one-of-a-kind finish pieces, exterior decks, trellis's and patio furniture.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Stephanie Bentivoglio
Stephanie is the second eldest daughter of Joel and Pam Fischer. She received her BA in Anthropology from Cal State Long Beach and began working as a Special Projects Coordinator for a non-profit animal rescue organization. She later went to Cal State Northridge to receive her Teaching Credential and taught in elementary education for several years. Joining the family business as a Project Coordinator, her responsibilities include supporting the onsite Project Managers as well as the office staff in coordinating with subcontractors and clients from the planning stages of a project to completion.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER
KIMBERLY winkelman
Kimberly received her BA in Communication Studies from UCLA and her MBA from California State University, Long Beach and brings executive level organizational skills to our company. She has over ten years of experience in management, marketing, and administration in both the business and nonprofit worlds managing multi-million dollar events with hundreds of employees and volunteers. Her responsibilities include facilitating all client statements and cash flow management.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER
JENNY FISCHER
Jenny is the eldest child of Joel and Pam Fischer and has worked in the office since 2010. She works closely with the F.C., Inc staff on all administrative duties including insurance certifications, license checks, subcontracts, social networking and accounts payable.
